2016 April PAD Challenge Day 29: ‘An Author Lost in the Desert’ #aprpad

writers block

Day 29’s prompt: Write a haphazard poem

An Author Lost in the Desert

Crumpled jottings
In spidery writing
Might have made sense
Once, in a fit
Of flowing words,
But now tap is turned
Off, with only drips
Left, with no hope
Of a thirsty writer’s basin
Being filled up again.
